The tour will be operated only when all of the following conditions are met.

• 1. Advance authorization from local authorities for access to restricted archaeological areas
• 2. Secure arrangement of private vehicles and guides

If, for any of the following reasons, it becomes difficult to provide part of the services included in this product, we will make every reasonable effort to offer alternative arrangements. However, please note that we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred as a result.

• 1. Intentional acts or negligence by the customer
• 2. Natural disasters, wars, civil disturbances, riots, or any resulting changes or cancellations to the travel itinerary
• 3. Accidents or fires involving transportation or accommodation providers
• 4.Suspension of service or changes/cancellations of itinerary by transportation or accommodation providers
• 5. Orders or instructions from government authorities, or changes/cancellations resulting therefrom
• 6. Food poisoning
• 7. Theft
• 8.Delays, suspensions, schedule changes, or route alterations in transportation services, or any resulting changes to the itinerary
• 9. Any other circumstances beyond the control of our company or its agents

Refunds or cancellations due to personal reasons cannot be accepted as a general rule.
However, we will provide a refund or exchange for a product of equivalent value if any of the following apply:

• 1. If the tour cannot be conducted due to operational responsibility or force majeure (e.g., natural disasters or local conditions).
• 2. If accommodations or facilities included in the product become unavailable due to closure or business termination.
• 3. If a usage request is submitted at least three months before the expiration date but the tour cannot be arranged due to local circumstances or supply conditions.
• This does not apply to requests made less than three months before the expiration date.
